Chocolate Beer

Many people hear "chocolate beer" and turn up their noses, but if you think of a nice dark beer, chocolate sounds like a nice blend. Bocks and stouts are the most common styles to accommodate the flavor. Some beers are brewed using actual cocoa beans or powder. Others use actual chocolate. Some just use malts that are roasted to give the impression of chocolate. Alcohol content varies widely.
